What's Included
At Spotto Car Rentals, we believe in providing you with a worry-free experience. Here’s what’s included with your rental:
1. Insurance
Your rental fee already includes insurance as standard. If you wish to have added peace of mind, you have the option to purchase an excess waiver to limit any charges in case of vehicle damage.
2. Roadside Assistance
In the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, simply call the number displayed on the vehicle’s windscreen or find it in the provided information document. We’re here to assist you promptly.
3. Generous Mileage Allowance
For all hires, you receive 200 miles free per day. If your rental period is four days or longer, you’ll enjoy unlimited mileage. Please note that this unlimited mileage is capped at 2,500 miles within any 28-day period.
4. Convenient Pick-ups and Drop-offs
We aim to make your journey as seamless as possible. Some of our branches offer complimentary pick-ups and drop-offs from local train and bus stations. Feel free to contact your branch for more details and to arrange this service.
5. One-Way Hire
For added flexibility, you have the option to drop off your rental car at one of our other branches. Simply request this service at the time of booking.
6. Customizable Add-Ons
To enhance your rental experience, we offer a range of optional add-ons that you can purchase. These include baby and child seats, sat navs, and the option to add additional drivers. Tailor your rental to your specific needs with our selection of add-on features.
